5-Year Capital Improvement Plan
Article V, Section 10 of the City Charter requires that the City Council, by resolution, adopt a Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Each year, prior to adoption by the City Council, the City will publish a summary of the program and give notice of a public hearing. The first year of the CIP projects for the General CIP and the Utility CIP is included in the current fiscal year budget.
The October 1, 2022-September 30, 2027 Capital Improvement Plan was approved at the August 15th City Council meeting.
