Discontinue Service

Discontinue Process
To have service discontinued, please call 903-892-7237 or access your utility account online at municipal online payment, click submit service request, and choose the discontinue service request. Online requests require a minimum of two business days. Office or phone requests require a minimum of a half day notice. When terminating a water / wastewater account only the account holder or those with previously permitted access can request the account be discontinued.
