Customer agrees to the Customer & Utility Services Department terms and conditions and a maximum credit card payment of $1,000 (effective 4/15/17) processed within any fifteen (15) day period. These terms and conditions are in addition to the customer's service agreement(s) with the City of Sherman. The City of Sherman online billing only applies to those customers that have a valid service agreement.
Important: If your utility service has been terminated, please contact the Customer & Utility Services Department at 903-892-7237 to reinstate service. The unavailability of online services does not warrant the reversal of fees associated with late payments or termination of service. Customers are responsible for paying the utility statement(s) by the designated due date. Please refer to Payment Options for a complete listing of all available payment services and/or locations.
